G4 TV has gotten an exclusive peek behind the scenes over at Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment. Take a look at some of the actual ingame footage gotten along with that, showing off several of the worlds and never seen before scenes of combat!
For the first time we get to really see some actual current ingame footage beyond just a couple of seconds quickly going through it. Seeing several different styles of worlds like the castle and lucia but also what looks like it might be tollana if compared to the artwork.
Great news for the fans of the show out there is that there’ll be voice overs present from the actual cast of the shows! Well I know I can’t wait to run into Christopher Judge or RDA ingame speaking for their SGW versions of Teal’c and O’Neill :D.
They do mention though that the game is still in a pre-alpha / alpha friends&family stage, what this could mean for the potential release date of Q4 2008 I’m not sure. The suspection of it being delayed was already there and I definitely think it will happen, we’re already in Q3 and I doubt the game can be rushed from pre-alpha to release in roughly 3-5 months or so.
