Having knocked out France and Italy in the previous matches they’re going to be taking on Romania tonight, what will they make from this match? Take another 3 pointer or will it be a match played with ‘tact’.
In case they would go all out against Romania it’s going to promise a really interesting match seeing as to how in the prelimanary rounds we ran a draw against them once and lost the other time, tonights match that way might prove a valuable match to see whether we have gotten stronger over time or not as further in regards to this match there’s nothing to lose for us.
The key players might also be spared for the quarter finals though and simply skimping this match leaving Italy and France up to their fait.
And yes, there’s Italy and France playing against each other as well. If it wasn’t for their previous two matches against holland I’d have said the clash of the titans, let’s hope that tonight that might indeed be the case and to see them in their full glory as that would prove to be a beautiful match.
Yesterday’s matches weren’t much of a surprise, Germany and Croatia did appear rather weak though but as expected they went through to the quarter finals. They were probably taking things easy as it was pretty obvious for both that they’d end up as winners in this group.
Home countries Austria and Switzerland though thanks to the matches of the past two days are now both eliminated from the championships.
