For a 53 year old man who was flying from Sacramento to Bursbank last Tuesday definitely not, probably against all odds the plane was filled with 35 nurses ready to help him out.
Its probably one of the worst things what could happen to you during a flight, getting a heart attack or anything which would require acute medical attention for that matter. Most travelers will not be fortunate enough to find 35 hospital workers on board.
The nurses were quick to react and give the man mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, usage of a defibrillator wasn’t needed.
As the plane landed the man was capable himself to walk off the plane to be picked up by the paramedics. He probably couldn’t have gotten any luckier on this unlucky day, I’m sure many other travelers would wish to have a similar insurance when boarding a plane.
