A couple of days of rest definitely does me well, it wasn’t till like 1 PM before I finally woke up yesterday even though I didn’t go to sleep that late at all, in the end I think I must have slept about 12 hours if not more. After studying for my exam day in day out for over a week practically every free hour of the day into the evening I simply was exhausted. I definitely hope the studying will have paid off but I have a good feeling about it, let’s hope I’m right on that.
Usually though when my feeling is right on how I made an exam I will have passed it, so better not let me down this time either! I’m hoping on keeping some summer holidays this year, not shorten it in till the point of non-existence again.
On the same day it was also exactly two years since me and my girlfriend got together, such a long time it’s been already although in some way it still feels like it’s been just yesterday. Last year I wrote I hope I could still say I loved her as much as that first day when we met, and yes I do, I love her more than ever. We might have our little quarrels at times but I wouldn’t want to spend a day without her.
Last year I also wrote about the nice weather we had back then I saw… well I must say it’s quite chilly today, where’s global warming when you need it!

Why did you decide to go into medicine?
Be honest now!

Quite a long time ago already, I believe it was somewhat around the age of 13 that I first started thinking about it. Followed by about 5 years of second thoughts, doubts, etcetera before finally making the decision.
