Packed and ready again, unfortunately this time for heading homeward again. Let’s hope that at least there won’t be any delays this time and my plane will actually leave on time again.
Today me and my girlfriend went for a last walk through the local forest and decided to take some pictures of that, since after all we just love taking pictures I suppose. In her words it’s just for remembering, so up there’s some trees for us to remember I suppose.
Yet again though I’ve been in Sweden without seeing any of the things you’d expect to see in Sweden, like the penguins which are supposed to walk outside, the polar bears within the streets of the cities, the reindeer flying around or heck even it being cold with tons of snow.
The best of the snow we got is what you can see on the left, not too much as you can see and not a single polar bear around.
But I’ve been promised to get pictures from my girlfriend of when it would be snowier in the end of January and February, unfortunately I can’t be there myself then to see this place covered in a thick pack of snow.
Of course we couldn’t let ourselves from going to the cinemas another time and yesterday we ended up seeing the fantasy movie of this season, the golden compass. It was quite a good movie, with some popular actors from other fantasy movies like the guy who plays Saruman in LOTR and the voice of Gandalf.
Unfortunately the movie ended before the story really finished so I expect a sequel coming up, wouldn’t surprise me the slightest. IMDB could probably be able to give an answer to that but too lazy to check it up right now. If you haven’t seen the movie yourself yet though I’d say go watch it, it’s not half bad.
With me going back to Holland again tomorrow though my holidays are also coming to an end, Monday school unfortunately is starting again. I’m going to have to finish up on some assignment for which we’ll be getting the second part placed online then as well along with having to study for the last exam of the theme coming up, so probably it’s going to be some busy days again.
Let’s of course hope that once again I’ll pass this exam just like the previous one, the more exams I pass in a single go of course the better. Especially since from what I’ve heard that they’re stuffing the redo’s in a shorter period of time this year, don’t want to overwork myself during the summer holidays.
