Has been a couple of days already since I arrived but I didn’t really get around to writing for a while. The flight was a bit of a pain since it got delayed by about an hour according to the notice on the airport but eventually it was more around 2 hours, since there’s absolutely nothing interesting to do on an airport except waiting that’s definitely a drag.
But even though 2 hours later than planned I made it safe and sound, so that’s good. In the past couple of days me and my girlfriend have been into town for a couple of times to do some Christmas shopping and buying something for her to wear on Christmas. With Christmas having been 2 days ago here I got those presents now, of course the best part about Christmas right?
For one I got a headset, the Creative Fatal1ty headset. I must say it’s quite comfy and the sound quality isn’t bad either, so once I’m home again now I can just shout at her over the headset to come heal my ass in games rather than having to type it with one hand, hehe.
We’ve also made some so called lussekatts together, you can see some of the results in the image above. Mine is the one with the revolutionary design on the left, now doesn’t it just look a lot more fancy than the others?
Soon we’ll be heading off to go to some of her family again for the 2nd day of Christmas, I believe we’ll be eating turkey or something and some other “stuff” in the words of my girlfriend.
Unfortunately there hasn’t been any snow yet, so no white Christmas even though Sweden is supposed to be the cold north with penguins and polar bears running all over the place. Let’s hope one of the days it’ll still go snow, but so far it’s been warmer than it has been in Holland so suppose I should place my bets on getting snow when being home.
