Well I suppose I’m all set to go, I have checked in for the flight a couple of hours ago and picked myself a nice window seat in the front of the plane. If you ask me those are the best seats, you can look out of the plane during the flight and at landing you’re one of the first to leave the plane; there’s nothing worse than having to wait for like 15 minutes or more till everybody is finally off in front of you.
My bags have been pretty much packed as well, I think I’ve got everything along now. Presents are packed in, clothes I took plenty off I think and my bag is about to explode from all of it. I really can’t think of something I could possibly have missed to pack, except of course for my laptop but I’m still using that at the moment after all.
It’s going to be an early day tomorrow though, my flight will be leaving at 10:50 in the morning so I’ll have to be there around 9~9:30 to check in I suppose. In order to make that I’ll have to leave from home at around 7 so it’s going to be one of those days on which I have to wake up at 6 to go into the cold.
Worst of all with waking up that early these days is that it’s freezing outside, temperatures of around -2 Celcius or lower haven’t been too uncommon the past week. Luckily there won’t be too much to wait outside though, just a bit for the bus, subway and train station seeing as to how the rest is all indoors.
Now there’s just a couple of last things left for me to do before I’m truly ready to go, like charge up my iPod for during the trip and place some movies on my laptop to take along but those will all be those usual last minute things.
