It’s a month of celebration at Google again which is being officially celebrated this week. Google’s birthday, started 8 years ago back in 1998 according to stories on the 7th of September although I am not completely sure on that. It’s also being celebrated on a different date every year so that doesn’t make it any easier. One thing is for sure, it’s in September and it’s exactly that month of the year again.

In the past 8 years Google has brought a lot of interesting new features to the world, from it’s popular search engine to Google sketchup, an easy 3D architecture sollution. It is for sure that Google is there to stay and we will be seeing a lot more revolutionary things coming from them, especially since they want their name to become more than just the symbol for their search engine.
How far we will actually see Google go is unknown, but expectations are high. In the end most people would still like to see the widely discussed GoogleOS, but that is still something which is being denied by Google. Ofcourse the future might prove otherwise.
This week though all attention will go to Google’s birthday, a time for celebration and joy. Best wishes to Google and and may it have a fortunate 9th year of existance.
